Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • ½ cup Water
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Gala apple chopped and divided
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Dulce de Leche

Instructions

  • Place the quick cooking oats, water, cinnamon, and salt in a microwave safe bowl. Mix then cook for 1 minute. Mixing then cooking for an additional 30 seconds until the liquid is mostly evaporated.
  • While oatmeal is cooking, chop apples.
  • Once the oatmeal is cooked mix in half the chopped apple pieces in the bowl. Sprinkle the remaining apples on top, followed by walnuts and drizzle with caramel sauce. Eat immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Warm - You may need to warm the Dulce de Leche sauce in the microwave for 15 seconds to allow it to spread evenly.
  • Alternative Cooking - You can also use the stove in place of the microwave to make this recipe.
