Peach Sorbet

My 3 ingredient Peach Mint Sorbet recipe comes together in minutes, and doesn't require an ice cream machine. This naturally gluten free / dairy free sorbet makes for the perfect way to cool off on a hot summers day.

Equipment

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Using a food processor add 4 peeled and sliced peaches and puree for 1 minute.
  • Then, add in ½ cup mint simple syrup while the food processor is mixing.
  • Once mixture is pureed pour into a freezer safe container. Chill for at least 8 hours.

Notes

  • Peaches - 4 peaches equals about 2 cups pureed peaches.
  • Freeze - Store the peach sorbet in a freezer safe container for up to 2 months.
  • Storage – Each ice cream season I’ll purchase 25-50 disposable paper pint cups to store my ice cream in. I also have two reusable 1.5 quart Tivoli Ice Cream containers, because let’s face it. I like to make a lot of frozen treats!
