In a large bowl you'll want to make your own tzatzki sauce. Combine greek yogurt, dill, garlic, diced cucumber, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well then slowly add in olive oil.
Place the tzatziki mixture in a large circular glass serving dish and begin layering the dip; tzatzki, chopped olives, hummus, chopped artichoke hearts, feta, topped with diced cucumber and tomato. Chill for up to 4 hours before serving or serve right away with pita chips.
