Dice the avocado, green onion, red bell pepper, and dill.
In a medium bowl, carefully stir together the feta cheese, diced avocados, sliced scallion, diced bell pepper, dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Notes
Storage - If you have any dip leftover place it in an air tight container. Then press plastic wrap on top of the dip to help slow the browning process down. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
