Add the bananas, apples (peel on but cored), frozen strawberries and water to a high-speed blender.
Blend on smoothie (high) setting for 45 seconds. If the smoothie isn't smooth blend for an additional 45 seconds.
Divide evenly among two cups and enjoy.

- You can add in ½ cup of yogurt to make this smoothie creamier.
