Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 1 clove Garlic pressed
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon All-purpose Greek Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • In a medium-size bowl mix all the ingredients together. Whisking until well incorporated. Pour into a salad dressing bottle.
  • Refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • Make the dressing ahead of time to give it ample time for chilling.
  • This recipe makes about a half cup of dressing.
