Greek Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp all-purpose Greek Seasoning
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

Instructions

  • In a medium-size bowl mix all the ingredients together. Whisking until well incorporated. Pour into a salad dressing bottle, and refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
