Equipment

  • 1 Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Granola
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • ¼ cup Blueberries
  • ¼ cup Strawberries

Instructions

  • Place yogurt in a bowl. Then add the granola followed by a drizzle of local honey.
  • Next, wash, and pat dry the blueberries and strawberries. Remove the stems from the strawberries and dice into bite-size pieces. Place berries next to yogurt and granola. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Yogurt - Feel free to use whatever type of yogurt you would like whether it be Greek, whole mix, light, or even flavored yogurt.
  • Toppings - The sky is the limit as to what you can place on yogurt and granola. Some of my favorites are berries, but I also like to add nuts, shaved coconut, chia seeds, even dried fruits.
  • Parfait - To make a yogurt parfait simply layer granola, yogurt, and fruit in a jar. You can make a single layer of each or double layer depending on the size of your jar.
