  • 3 cooked baked potatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon Mediterranean Blend Oil Olive Oil, Canola Oil, and Grape Seed Oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut leftover, cooked baked potatoes in half, then cut each half into 3 wedges. Each baked potatoes should yield 6 large wedges. Place the wedges in a ziplock bag and combine with oil, garlic, italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Carefully toss, then place on a tinfoil lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
