Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut leftover, cooked baked potatoes in half, then cut each half into 3 wedges. Each baked potatoes should yield 6 large wedges. Place the wedges in a ziplock bag and combine with oil, garlic, italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Carefully toss, then place on a tinfoil lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
