Air Fryer Brats

Air Fryer Brats are made in under 20 minutes time and make for a delicious easy dinner, tailgating meat dish, or even an easy way to complete your Oktoberfest feast.

Ingredients

  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 5 Brats

Instructions

  • Set the Air Fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • While Air Fryer pre-heats spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place the brats in the basket (making sure to space them out) and cut 2-3 slits on each one.
  • Cook the brats for 15 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking process.
  • Once the brats are done cooking, heck the internal temperature of the sausage with an instant read meat thermometer (should be at minimum 165 degrees Fahrenheit). Let the brats sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Slits - Make sure you cut slits in the brats so the fat escapes from the casing.
  • Brand - Any brand of brats works for this recipe.
