Puff pastry, apple, pear, almond extract, flour, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Peel and dice fruit. Mix with flour, sugar, and spices.
Lay out the puff pastry and cut into 4 triangles. Then add the filling on top.
Fold the puff pastry over to form a pocket.
Crimp the edges of the puff pastry with the tines of a fork.
Brush with an egg wash.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Dust with powder sugar and enjoy!
