INGREDIENTS

squid, lemon, flour, seasonings, garlic, mayo, parsley, chipotle, and milk.

SLICE

Slice the squid tubes. Rinse and pat dry.

SOAK

Mix the egg and milk until frothy. Let the squid soak for 15 minutes.

MIX FLOUR

 Mix flour mixture. 

BATTER

Remove the squid from the milk mixture. Dredge in flour.

FRY

Fry the calamari for a few minutes until golden brown.
