Mazola Corn Oil, Flat Leaf Parsley, Cilantro, Garlic Cloves, Oregano Leaves, White Wine Vinegar, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes
Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend for 10 seconds. Pulse until desired consistency.
Refrigerate and use on your favorite steak or seafood.
For use on steak: pour half the chimichurri sauce on top of the steak. Massage the sauce all over the top and bottom of the steak. Marinate then grill.
