CRANBERRY BREAD

INGREDIENTS

Cranberries, milk, salt, egg, brown sugar, butter, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and turbinado sugar.

MAKE BATTER

Mix the dry ingredients, then the wet then mix until smooth.

FOLD IN

Fold the cranberries into the batter. 

BAKED

Top with turbinado sugar and bake for a little over an hour.

COOL

Let the bread cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack .
