INGREDIENTS

100% Chocolate, Cocoa Powder, Salt, and Heavy Cream

MELT & MIX

Melt the chocolate into the warm heavy cream. Mix until creamy.

REFRIGERATE

Refrigerate the chocolate ganache for one hour. Then remove and let sit for 15 minutes.

ROLL

Scoop the ganache into balls, roll with hands then dip in cocoa powder.
