01: Ingredients

Corn, Butter, Lime, Green Onion, Mayonnaise, Cotija, Cilantro, Chili Powder, and Cayenne Pepper

Remove the corn kernels off the cob and set to the side.

Heat a pan with the butter and add in the corn, lime zest and juice, and the onions. Cook for 5 minutes until warm.

Turn the heat off the burner, then mix in the mayonnaise, cotija cheese, cilantro, and chili powder. Mix until well combined and let it sit on the burner for 5 more minutes.

Before serving sprinkle cayenne pepper, chili powder, and cotija cheese. Divide evenly and enjoy!
