Potatoes, Gruyere, Heavy Cream, Milk, Nutmeg, Garlic, Salt and Pepper
Thinly slice the potatoes.
Pour cream on bottom then layer with a row of thinly sliced potatoes.
Continue layering potatoes, cream, and cheese.
Pour milk on top before topping with cheese. Bake for 1 hour until golden brown.
