Cornbread

GREEN CHILE

INGREDIENTS

Cornmeal, eggs, green chiles, oil, salt, baking soda, onion, cheese, creamed corn.

MIX

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until blended well. The batter will be "soupy" and that's okay! 

BAKE

Bake for 45 minutes or until the cornbread is set and firm. You can tell by placing a toothpick in the middle and if it comes out clean it's done!

PLATE

Let the cornbread cool for a few minutes, slice into equal pieces, plate, and enjoy!
