Brined turkey breast, brown sugar, butter, oregano, cumin, mustar, paprika, salt, chili powder
Soak wood chips, then make a DIY smoke box using aluminum foil pan and foil. Vent.
Make the butter herb/rub for the turkey.
Spread the butter under the skin and on top of the turkey breast.
Place turkey breast on grill and cover with foil.
Baste turkey breast with juices in pan, then continue to grill until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes. Then, slice the turkey breast.
