Butter, Corn, Milk, Salt, Sugar, Chives, Cream cheese, cracked pepper, and heavy cream.
Begin melting the butter in a large pot on medium heat. Then, pour corn frozen corn kernels in the pot with the milk. Season with salt, sugar, chives, and mix well.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and add in the cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese has melted into the corn. Stir in the heavy cream and reduce heat to low, then stir for 5 minutes.
Place corn mixture into blender and blend until smooth. Pour the pureed corn into the pot, mix well and top with salt and pepper.
Garnish with chives, then divide evenly and serve, enjoy!
