Heat the olive oil and butter. Then add in the ground beef, pork, and onions. Cook until brown.
Add the crushed tomatoes, herbs, and sugar.
Add the raw pasta and liquid.
Mix well then cook with lid on until noodles are al dente.
Once the pasta is just about cooked add in the cheese.
