Ham with Apple Sauce

SLOW COOKER

INGREDIENTS

Ham, Apples, Apple Juice, Brown Sugar, Raisins, Cloves, and Cinnamon.

MIX THE RUB

Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together. This will be used as a rub and also to season the apple sauce.

DICE APPLES

Peel and dice the apples. Add the apples, sugar mixture, and raisins to the slow cooker.

ADD LIQUID

Pour the apple juice into the slow cooker and mix.

HAM IN THE SLOW COOKER

Place the ham in the slow cooker, carve off part of the top if the lid won't close.

COAT HAM

Coat the ham with the remaining sugar mixture. Then cook on low for 5 hours.

CARVE & SERVE

Once the ham is done cooking, carve the ham, and serve with the apple sauce.
