Pork tenderloin, baby carrots, baby potatoes, onions, garlic, and baby bella mushrooms.
Place potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, onion, and garlic into the slow cooker and mix.
Add in the pork tenderloin, stir, and add 1/2 cup of water.
Cook tenderloin and veggies for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
Remove pork and veggies, plate, season to taste, and garnish with parsley.
Serve onto plates and enjoy.
