SLOW COOKER

INGREDIENTS

Ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, dried parsley, dried onions, worcechestire sauce, beef broth, and cornstarch. 

MIX MEAT

Mix the ground beef with the bread crumbs, spices, and egg. 

ADD MUSHROOMS & ONIONS

Add the mushrooms and onions to the slow cooker.

DIVIDE MEAT

Divide ground beef and make 6 beef patties. Add on top of the vegetables.

SLURRY

Mix the cornstarch with the beef broth to make a slurry.

COOK

Pour the cornstarch slurry over the meat. Cook on high for 4 hours.

THICKEN GRAVY

Once done, add in additional cornstarch if desired for a thicker gravy.
