Vegetarian Fajitas

INGREDIENTS

Bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, fajita seasoning, cheese, refried beans, spinach, salsa and tortillas.

SAUTE VEGETABLES

Saute the vegetables until just tender. Add in fajita seasoning and mix well.

ADD SALSA

Add the salsa to the fajita vegetables right before serving. 

MAKE FAJITAS

Place refried beans on tortillas, spinach, and fajita veggies. Sprinkle with cheese, more salsa and avocado slices.
