Ingredients

  • cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 Bunch of Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the mayonnaise, cilantro, cumin, garlic, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, water, and salt. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  • Chill the dressing in an airtight container for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Storage - Store in an air tight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
  • Blender - If you don't have a blender you can also use a food processor or mince the cilantro very very fine and then mix everything together.
