Potatoes, cheese, chives, butter, milk, salt, and pepper.

Peel, chop, and boil potatoes until soft and fork-tender (about 20 minutes).

Drain the potatoes, then add in the butter, milk, chives, salt, and pepper. Mash and then add in some of the shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake until cheese is melted.
