Whip up this delicious seasonal Iced Peppermint Coffee drink in minutes in the comfort of your own home using cold brew, peppermint extract, half and half, whipped cream, and crushed peppermints!
In a large bowl mix together the chilled coffee with half and half, powdered sugar, and peppermint extract. Whisk until incorporated.
Pour the peppermint syrup around the rim of the glass, moving around in a circular motion. Then add ice, fill the glass with peppermint coffee. Top with whipped cream, peppermint syrup, and crushed candy canes.
