Learn how to make Prosciutto Mellon and Mozzarella Skewers. An easy Italian appetizer recipe that anyone can make.
Do you have plans to entertain this summer? I’m share my super easy recipe for prosciutto mellon and mozzarella skewers. Ideal easy appetizer recipe that will impress your family and friends and of course satisfy there appetite. I shared my recipe for moscato lemonade the other week. These prosciutto mellon and mozzarella skewers pair perfectly with the drink. We enjoyed this appetizer pool side as a family.
Shortly after bringing the tray out they were devoured. This is probably one of my husbands favorite appetizers. And pizzas too! Normally you’ll find prosciutto paired with just Mellon but I wanted to kick it up a notch and add in the fresh mini mozzarella. Since we have a plethora of fresh basil right now from our garden it was mandatory to add fresh basil too. And if you really want to get crazy you can do a tiny drizzle of sweet balsamic reduction sauce. You can make these skewers a few hours before your company arrives and pull them out of the refrigerator when your ready to serve them!
