Ingredients

Ingredients on counter; granola, blueberries, yogurt, strawberries, and honey.
  • Yogurt – Any type of yogurt will do. I love to use vanilla yogurt for my granola and yogurt bowls.
  • Honey – I love a light drizzle of honey on top.
  • Granola – You can use store bought granola or make your own. I prefer my Vanilla Almond Granola.
  • Fruit – Whatever fruit you have on hand works. I typically stay with the classics of strawberries and blueberries.

Directions

White bowl filled with half a bowl of white yogurt.

Place yogurt in a bowl. I like to place it in half the bowl as pictured above.

Then add the granola to the other side of the bowl.

If you like honey, add a drizzle of local honey. I find honey is especially needed if it’s Greek yogurt.

Next, wash, and pat dry the blueberries and strawberries. Remove the stems from the strawberries and dice into bite-size pieces. Place berries next to yogurt and granola. Enjoy immediately.

Yogurt Parfait

To save some time on a busy morning I will put together a yogurt parfait the night before. This makes for an easy grab and go breakfast.

To make a yogurt parfait simply layer granola, yogurt, and fruit in a jar. You can make a single layer of each or double layer depending on the size of your jar.
