Turtle Pie is a delicious no-bake caramel flavored cheesecake topped with more chocolate and caramel for the ultimate easy dessert recipe.
I’m not much of a baker, definitely more of a home cook. I love to make no-bake dessert recipes, though. My Turtle Pie recipe also known as no bake caramel cheesecake is delicious and perfect for any skill level to make. Just like my no bake pumpkin cheesecake or even my no bake mini cheesecakes. All three of these recipes are delicious. If you love OREO cookies you’ll love this pie, because the crust is made from crushed OREO’s!

Ingredients
- Cream Cheese – Half a block of softened cream cheese is all you need to obtain the rich creamy filling.
- Whip Topping – One container will be folded into the caramel cream cheese filling.
- Powdered Sugar – This will help sweeten the cream cheese filling.
- Oreo Pie Crust – This is a store bought pie crust you can find in the baking section at the grocery store.
- Dulce de Leche Jarred Spread – This jar will get mixed into the cream cheese mixture.
- Caramel Sauce – This sauce will get poured on top before the chocolate chips and pecans go on top.
- Chocolate Chips – I like to use Nestle Toll House DelightFulls Milk Chocolate Morsels with Caramel Filling but if you can’t find them you can use regular chocolate chips.
- Pecans – Pecans are what make turtle pie complete. Just a half cup chopped will do the trick.
How to Make a No Bake Cheesecake
First, using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, whip the cream cheese until light and fluffy (about 1 minute on medium-high speed). Then add in the powdered sugar. Whip on low then gradually move to medium speed for 1 minute.
Next add in the dulce de leche spread. Whip for 1 minute. Gentle fold in the cool whip topping. Fold until well incorporated. Spoon the dulce de leche cheesecake filling into the oreo pie crust (smooth the top with a spatula).
Chop the ¾ cup of Milk Chocolate Morsels with Caramel Filling. Sprinkle on top of the pie. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least one hour or until set. Before serving drizzle caramel sauce on top.

I know there are some purist who would think desserts like this were cheating because they are sooooo easy. But they are sooooooo good. At Thanksgiving a no bake nutella cheesecake that was a simple as this brought down the house. Wonderful—-because you are right. Why make the holidays more busy and stressful than they need to be.
