White Chocolate Peppermint Sugar Cookies #holidaybaking The other day I shared the most delicious (and sinful) M&M’s Black & White Peppermint Brownies. Today, I’m sharing another peppermint recipe. This time it involves cookies! I love to bake cookies during the holidays just as I know most of you do, too! With just a few ingredients I have a festive holiday cookie that is sure to be a hit at your next cookie exchange party. I introduce to you White Chocolate Peppermint Sugar Cookies. White Chocolate Peppermint Sugar Cookies #holidaybaking I used a package of sugar cookie mix and White Chocolate Peppermint M&M’s® available at Target to make one festive holiday cookie. I think where most bakers go wrong is over cooking the cookie dough. A tip I have for you to yield the softest cookies on the planet. Once the cookies have baked fro 8-10 minutes remove them from the oven. Let them continue to cook on the cookie sheet for a few minutes. Within 5 minutes they will begin to harden up. At that time, remove them from the baking sheet and place them on a wire rack to cool and stop cooking! If you cook the cookies until they are solid and aren’t soft, then you are going to yield hockey-puck like cookies. Some people love a good crunchy cookie. I don’t. So I always cook my cookies just until a bit golden and let them finish cooking on the tray outside the oven! After baking the cookies (and allowing them ample time to cool), I packaged them in Glad Holiday packaging. White Chocolate Peppermint Sugar Cookies #holidaybaking Remember you can find featured holiday recipes on the back of the Target exclusive Glad Holiday packaging. Glad storage has exclusive holiday prints for containers and wraps (only available at Target) that’s perfect for storing your holiday baked goods. I love using the holiday exclusive packaging! I found the White Chocolate Peppermint M&M’s on an end cap in the holiday baking section in Target and I found the Glad Holiday packaging in the next aisle over! Both are in the same area and so was the sugar cookie mix. With a baby, I can’t always bake from scratch, but I can make it semi-homemade! I enjoy coming up with new combinations like this recipe for White Chocolate Peppermint Sugar Cookies! White Chocolate Peppermint Sugar Cookies #holidaybaking
