This recipe is brought to you by Laura’s Lean Beef. As always, all opinions are my own.
Fire up the grill for a fancy grilled beef tenderloin you can make at home! Since we have a toddler we don’t always have the chance to make it out to a fine-dining restaurant. So we tend to make fancy steakhouse style dinners at home in lieu of spending money out at a restaurant and of course finding a babysitter. I think that this recipe for Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Lemon Butter Lump Crabmeat is the ticket to feeling like we are out at fancy restaurant when we are actually at home. Of course doing dishes and eating a very interruptive dinner with a toddler snap my dreams of eating out baby-free real fast. Good thing he’s cute, right?
For this recipe, I used Laura’s Lean Beef, Beef Tenderloin. This is an extremely lean piece of steak—it melts in your mouth after each bite. I’m not saying that because I’m working with them. It seriously is a very tender cut of meat. Most of the Laura’s Lean Beef cuts of beef are low in fat and saturated fat and comparable to eating a boneless, skinless piece of chicken. I’ll gladly take eating a piece of beef over other proteins any day of the week. If your celebrating something important or just simply want a fancy dinner I invite you to try my recipe for Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Lemon Butter Lump Crabmeat.
