Why this Recipe Works

A few basic ingredients creates dinner in a hurry.

You can cook this recipe year round thanks to the Air Fryer.

Pork tenderloin is easy and inexpensive lean meat to serve for dinner.

Ingredients

Recipe Ingredients: extra lean pork tenderloin, olive oil, house seasoning, and paprika
  • Pork Tenderloin – I like to use an unseasoned pork tenderloin so I can control the flavor.
  • Seasonings – I use a blend of house seasoning and paprika for my pork tenderloin.
  • Oil – I like to use olive oil, but you can also use avocado or grapeseed oil.

Directions

Preheat – Preheat the Air Fryer.

FAQs

Air fried pork tenderloin resting on a wire rack

Here are all the frequently asked questions readers have asked when making pork tenderloin in the Air Fryer.

What temp should I cook pork tenderloin?

The internal temperature standards have changed over the year for pork. Now, it is safe to cook pork to 145° F. This will ensure that the pork is not dried out. Ground pork should always be cooked to 160° F.

How long does pork take in the air fryer?

Most pork dishes take any where from 10-15 minutes in the air fryer depending on what it is.

How do I PreHeat my air fryer?

Some air fryers automatically have a preheat built in to them. Others do not. You will need to read your manual. For my Instant brand air fryers all I have to do is set my time and temperature and then it preheats for me. If your air fryer does not preheat on it’s own set the time and temperature and add an additional 5 minutes on the cook time so that the Air Fryer can preheat.
